Course Content

Introduction
Let's dive into what I will teach you and what I won't teach you right off the bat. This is an online, in-depth course to become the owner of a digital marketing agency. I will teach you how to get clients, talk to them as well as the basics of design, web development, hosting and other core strengths you'll need to know to run an agency while working from home. I don't talk about tax write offs although just about every computer or software you buy, including this course, can be written off as a business expense. I will not teach you about renting an office although it's a great idea if you start building an in-house team. I've had a couple offices, it was just really never my thing. It's just a given that you have to be respectful and polite to give the best customer service so I won't be teaching you how to talk to them. I am just going to assume you're going to use your best judgement and be kind during the good times and some obstacles you may come across. I will show you what I have been doing for over a decade and the steps I took that worked for me. If you follow closely and make smarter decisions than I did, you will succeed and probably do better than me. If you skip a lesson, and do something other than what I show you, you may struggle so just do yourself a favor and watch every lesson, take notes because this course is loaded with information. In any event, you will do great! I explain everything in the most clear way possible so that you understand everything from beginning to end.

Setting up your agency
Let's get your agency set up the right way!

Getting clients
Now that you're all setup with your agency and you're looking good, let's get you some clients. In this part of the course I will show you how to get clients via posting ads, where to post them, cold calling, emailing and hiring a small sales team.

Starting a web design project
Now that you've gotten your first, second, third client... How are you supposed to manage all these projects?

Starting a logo project
Logo & branding projects are quite fun! They can be a little time-consuming, so don't try to rush them! Creative projects such as these need time to be nurtured in order to deliver your best!

Starting an app project
Apps! Something we all use literally, EVERYDAY! You're going to have so much fun learning about the app world.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
This part can get a little tricky. Not to worry, you're going to learn what SEO is and how to stay afloat in the ever-evolving SEO world!

Google Ads
Google Ads are also a little tricky, but don't worry, you'll learn how to manage them and how to have fun with them at the same time.

Photos & Videos
For a creative nut like yourself, you're going to have a lot of fun with this one!

Social Media Marketing
Oh social media... we love and hate you at the same time. In this lesson, you're going to learn to love it more than you hate it... hopefully... Just joking! You're going to love it, hang tight, we're going for a ride!

Hosting
This is the part of the course that will tie everything together so you can see how the internet world works.
